Donald Raymond Milstead, 92,

Donald Raymond Milstead, 92, of West Portsmouth, died Friday, December 12, 2025, at his home, surrounded by his loving family. He was born on December 15, 1932, in West Portsmouth, to the late Elmer Elvin and Katherine Sowers Milstead.

Along with his parents, Donald was preceded in death by his first wife, Violet Milstead; two brothers, Elvin Milstead and Clarence Milstead; a sister, Ruth Justice; and a son-in-law, Ron Lane.

Donald retired from the Atomic Plant after many years of dedicated service. He was a faithful member of Mt. Zion Apostolic Church in West Portsmouth, where his faith and devotion were an important part of his life.

He is survived by his wife, Cloris Milstead; a son, Roger Dale (Teresa) Milstead; daughters, Pamala Norine Lane and Crystle Lynn (Matthew) Justice; stepdaughters, Carol (Jimmy) McGraw, Paula Dyer, and Retha (David) Bollard; 27 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Monday, December 15, 2025, at Mt. Zion Apostolic Church in West Portsmouth, with Steven Skidmore officiating. Interment will follow at Scioto Burial Park. Visitation will be held on Monday at the church, beginning at 12:00 PM until the time of service. Arrangements are under the direction of the Roger W.
