Donna Loretta Boehm, 63
Donna Loretta Boehm, 63 of Stout died Sunday December 18, 2011 at SOMC Hospice. She was born January 26, 1948 in Portsmouth to the late Willard and Bernice Swords Craft.
Donna is survived by her husband Howard B Boehm who she married on May 29, 1964, 2 daughters Cindy (Rusty) Blevins of Stout and Wendy (Barry) Potts of Lucasville, 1 brother James Lunsford of Portsmouth, 3 sisters; Joan Burchett of Rosemount, Charlotte Tindall of Portsmouth and Phyllis Craft of Lapeer, Michigan, 2 grandchildren Nate Potts and Holly Blevins.
Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Thursday December 22, 2011 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Jason Coriell officiating and interment in Vaughters Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday from 6 to 8:00 PM and one hour prior to the service on Thursday. The family requests that donations be made to SOMC Hospice in Donna's name.
