Doris Kelley, 64

Doris Kelley 64, of Portsmouth died Friday December 5, 2008 at her home. She was born October 28, 1944 in Scioto County to the late Roby Roscoe and Cora Leona Brown Moore. She was a nurse's aid at Mercy Hospital and also worked for Advantage Homecare. She was a member of Grace Chapel Church on Dry Run. Along with her parents Doris is preceded in death by her husband, Paul Leroy Kelley, 3 brothers; Ray Roscoe, William Bryson and Homer Lee Moore, 4 sisters; Mary Louise Hebebrand, Betty Lucille Blanton, Ocie Marie Young and Phyllis Mae Cooper, special deceased nephews Dale Hoffman, Billy Bennett, Bobbie Moore and Pat Young.

Doris is survived by a son Dan McCloy of Portsmouth, Elaine Glidden of Colorado Springs, Co., 5 sisters; her twin sister Octie Hoffman of Wheelersburg, Catherine Salyers, Bertha Lee Moore and Wanda Reed all of Portsmouth, and Ruth W. Moore of Otway, 4 grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and friends.

Funeral services will 1:00 PM Wednesday December 10, 2008 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Anthony and Otto Cooper officiating. Interment will be in McKendree Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 6 to 8PM on Monday, 6 to 8PM on Tuesday and one hour prior to the funeral on Wednesday. Condolences may be sent to www.rogerwdavisfuneralhome.com
