Dorothy L. Roberts, 93
Dorothy L. Roberts, 93, of West Portsmouth died Wednesday, April 18, 2007, at Southern Ohio Medical Center. Dorothy was born July 12, 1913 in Portsmouth, Ohio to the late Rollins and Julia Bickley Glasock. She was a homemaker and a member of Dry Run Church of Christ.
Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband Carl Roberts. She is survived by a daughter, Patricia Ratliff of West Portsmouth; a grand daughter, Pamela (Scott) Journey; four great grandchildren, Tyler, Travis, Tanner, and Tara Journey; and one sister Mildred Warnock of Portsmouth. She was also preceded in death by four brothers, Carl, George, Clarence, and Ralph Glascock; four sisters, Hattie Dietz, Ethel Craft, Irene Hollis and Ruth Justice; and a son-in-law Paul Ratliff.
Funeral services will be 11 A.M. Saturday, April 21, 2007 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Mark Seevers and Rase Martin officiating and interment in Scioto Burial Park. Friends may call at the Funeral Home from 6 to 8 P.M. on Friday and one hour before the service on Saturday. Condolences may be sent to www.rogerwdavisfuneralhome.com.
