Dorothy L. Davis, 75

Dorothy L. Davis, 75 of West Portsmouth, died Monday November 30, 2015 at Adena Pike Medical Center in Piketon. She was born September 22, 1940 in Rome, Ohio to the late Harry and Mable Knauff Rogers. Along with her parents Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband John Davis, 2 brothers; Wayne Keith Rogers and Rodney Rogers and 2 sisters; Margaret Rivers and Myrna Williams-Sexton and a grandson Johnathan Malachi Davis.

Dorothy is survived by 2 sons; Rocky Lee Davis of Columbus, and Bryan Davis of West Portsmouth, a daughter Veltena Davis of Seamen, 2 sisters; Edith Rogers of West Union and Linda Sue Clark of Groveport, 8 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.

There will be graveside services 1:00 PM Friday December 4, 2015 at Vaughters Cemetery in West Portsmouth with Randy Schintzius officiating. Family and friends will gather starting at the cemetery on Friday starting at Noon. Arrangements are under the direction of the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth.
