Dorothy L. Brannan, 65

Dorothy L. Smith Brannan, 65 of McDermott, died Wednesday November 13, 2013 at St. Mary's Hospital in Huntington, WV. She was born October 26, 1948 in Portsmouth to the late Carl Smith and William and Charlotte Hoover Smith Lute. She was a homemaker and was of the Baptist faith.

Dorothy is survived by her husband Glenn Ray Brannan who she married on April 4, 1972 in Rarden, 2 sons; Jim (Beth) Strickland and Eugene "Chub" Brannan all of McDermott, 2 brothers; Bob (Pam) Smith of McDermott and Wes (Patti) Smith of Minford, 4 grandsons; Joey, Aaron and Eric Strickland and Dustin Faulkner, 2 granddaughters; Joni Radabaugh and Amanda Stephens, along with 12 great grandchildren who loved her dearly, also several nieces, nephews and friends.

Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Monday November 18, 2013 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Craddock Frye officiating. Interment will be in Scioto Burial Park.
