Earl Frederick Nichols, 69
Earl Frederick Nichols, 69 of Friendship, Ohio died Monday, August 27, 2007 at a Columbus Hospital. Earl was born June 2, 1938 in Portsmouth, Ohio to the late David Earl and Laura Johnson Nichols. He was a member of the Faith Mountain Chapel. He was an electrician. He was loved by all.
Earl is survived by his wife Norma Jean Bivens Nichols, two sons, Earl F. Nichols of Colonial Beach, VA and Paul W. Nichols of Las Vegas, Nevada; three daughters, Wendy Pistole and Sonya Gay of Friendship, and Lorna Kozee of Columbus; three sisters, Linda Thomas of North Carolina, Dotty Wentworth, and Glenna Duncan both of Portsmouth.. Fourteen grandchildren, Trent, Karli, Mikey, Heather, Kodee, Kaleb, Micheal, Jr., Matt, Paul, Kevin, Carrissa, Chad, Pauletta, and Randy and 10 great grandchildren. He is proceded in death by a brother Norman (Ted) Nichols and two sisters, JoAnn Nichols McCoy and June Nichols Jewell.
Funeral services will be 11 A.M. Friday, August 31, 2007 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Danny Thompson officiating and interment in Friendship Cemetery. Friends may call at the Funeral Home from 6 to 8 P. M. on Thursday and one hour prior to the service on Friday. Condolences may be sent to www.rogerwdavisfuneralhome.com
