Eddie Lawrence Henry, 81

Eddie Lawrence Henry, age 81, of McDermott, Ohio passed away on December 28, 2018 at SOMC Hospice in Portsmouth. He was preceded in death by his parents Edward Henry and Florence Noel Henry, two brothers Andy and Richard Henry, and one sister Jean Stone.

He is survived by his wife Rosetta Prater Henry whom he married February 14, 1958, two daughters Brenda (Bob) Schweinsberg and Kelly Henry, three grandchildren Nathan Walker, Erica (Eric) Ramey, Zach Schweinsberg, and two great-grandchildren Jordan and Emily Ramey, two sisters Mary Whitesel, of Scotia, NY, and Romona Williams of Portsmouth.

Eddie was retired from the Piketon Atomic Plant and was a member of the Aurora Masonic Lodge # 48. He was an active member of Central Church of Christ in Portsmouth and loved to work at the church.

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Monday December 31, 2018 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Dennis Dawes officiating. A Masonic service will begin at 1:00 PM conducted by Aurora Masonic Lodge # 48. Interment will be in Scioto Burial Park. Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday starting at 11:00 AM.
