Elicia Lynn Heatherly, 26 of West Portsmouth died Tuesday August 6, 2013. She was born August 16, 1986 in Portsmouth to the late Martin Windell Heatherly and Janet (David B.) Lawson Hall of South Point. She was a Home Health Care Aid.

Along with her mother Elicia is survived by a brother Joshua Eugene Darby of South Point, 3 step brothers; Chad, Aaron and Justin Cantrell her grandmother Bertha Lawson of South Point and her boyfriend Andrew Allen Briggs of West Portsmouth.

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Sunday August 11, 2013 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Paul McNurlin officiating and interment in Wymer Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Sunday starting at Noon. Condolences may be sent to www.rogerwdavisfuneralhome.com
