Eloise Mae Osborne, 81

Eloise “Sissie Mae” Osborne, 81 of West Portsmouth, died Thursday May 21, 2026 at OSU Hospital in Columbus. She was born May 25, 1944 in Portsmouth to the late Reverend John and Elennora Deaver Monk.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Paul L. Osborne whom she married in 1961, a brother, Douglas Monk and 2 sisters; Violet Milstead and Connie Bates.

Eloise was a lifetime member of Mt Zion Apostolic Church in West Portsmouth. She was a dedicated willing worker for the church and the food pantry.

She is survived by a son, Paul (Suzan) Osborne, 2 daughters; Tanna Kay (Steve) Sparks and Audra Fay Evans, a brother, Rickey ( Jennie) Monk, a sister, Jacolyn (Steve) Skidmore, 5 grandchildren; Justin (Amy) Collins, Shannon (Stephanie) Osborne, Megan (Chris) Purdy, Audrey (Fred) Evans and Adrien (Andrew) Evans, 12 great grandchildren and 5 great, great grandchildren, and a special thanks to Mark and Donna Monk.

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Wednesday, May 27, 2026 at Mt Zion Apostolic Church in West Portsmouth with George Gravely and Steven Skidmore officiating and interment in Scioto Burial Park. Friends may call at the church on Tuesday starting at 6:00 PM. Arrangements are under the direction of the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth.
