Ethel Marie Howard, 80
Ethel Marie Howard, 80 of West Portsmouth died Monday, December 3, 2007 at Hospice of Southern Ohio. Ethel was born November 24, 1927 in Scioto County to the late George and Ukie Wright Conley. She had worked at Williams Shoe Factory, was a self employed Beautician and had also served as a special Deputy at the Sheriffs Dept.
Ethel was preceded in death by her husband Raymond Howard. She is survived by a daughter Judy Bond, a brother Gary Conley, three grandchildren, Brian Bond, Anita Skaggs, and Ronda Jordan, six great grandchildren, Rusty and Brandon Jordan, Andy and Jamie Bond, Jesse Ray and Evan Alan Skaggs and a sister-in-law Edna Wallin.
Funeral services will be 11 A. M. Thursday, December 6, 2007 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth and interment in Scioto Burial Park. Friends may call at the Funeral Home from 6 to 8 P.M. Wednesday and one hour prior to the service on Thursday. Condolences may be sent to www.rogerwdavisfuneralhome.com.
