Ethel Grace Jackson, 88
Ethel Grace Jackson, 88, of Friendship went to be with the Lord, Tuesday, July 6, 2004.
Ethel was born August 23, 1915 in Pike County to the late Otto and Grace Beoddy. She attended church at Bethel United Methodist Church in West Portsmouth.
Ethel was preceded in death by her husband Dean Jackson and a sister Phyllis James.
She is survived by two daughters, Carol Jackson of Friendship, Susan Jackson of Huntington, W. VA; two sons, Edwin (Sandra) Jackson of Newark, OH, Tim (Lynn) Jackson of Friendship; two brothers, Charles and David Beoddy; two grandchildren, LiWanda Tackett and Lonnie Jackson; two step-grandchildren, Bernadette Henry and Michele L. Johnson, and four great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held 2:30 P.M. Thursday, July 8, 2004 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with interment following in Worley's Run Cemetery. Friends may call at the Funeral Home on Wednesday from 6 to 8 P.M.and one hour prior to the service on Thursday. Condolences may be sent to
