Euna Whitt, 78

Euna Jones Whitt, 78 of Friendship, died Sunday August 23 at her home. She was born March, 1, 1937 in Kettle Island, Kentucky to the late George and Vestina Burns Jones. Along with her parents she is preceded in death by 4 brothers; George, Charles David, Wayne and Earl Craig Jones and 2 sisters; Margie Smith and Joyce Jones.

Euna is survived by her husband Charles Whitt who she married on February 7, 1958 in Worthington, Ohio, 4 sons; Gary (Marcia James) Whitt, Estle Whitt, Charlie Whitt and Brad (Tina) Whitt, 6 daughters; Sherry (Randy) Hurley, Arlene Dever, Tammy (Brian) Hammond, Dana (Shan) Robinson, Janice (Sean) Kocheran and Charlene (Martin Fay) Whitt, 2 brothers; Hargis and Eddie (Debra) Jones and a sister Marie Harrison, sisters in law; Mary Mutter and Dixie (Gisela) Jenkins, 19 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Thursday August 27, 2015 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Rick Clark officiating. Graveside services will be 1:00 PM Friday at Roselawn Cemetery in Princeton, West Virginia.
