Frances Vendura McKeehan, 87

Frances Vendura McKeehan, 87 of Portsmouth passed away Tuesday, June 26, 2018 at Heartland of Portsmouth.  She was born October 6, 1930 in New Boston to the late Joseph and Elizabeth Gidona Vendura.  Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband; Floyd "Mac" McKeehan, 2 sons; Robert Lee & Charles William Howard; 2 brothers; Gilbert Vendura and Johnny Vendura, a half-brother; Frankie Venturino, 6 sisters; Mary Gilmore, Mickey Willis, Victoria Vendura, Rosie Balstead, Josephine Hall, and Katherine Payne.

Frances is survived by a son; Michael Joseph Howard of Portsmouth, a daughter; Josie (Jeff) Yelley of West Portsmouth; 15 grandchildren; Heather, Shaine, Justin, Sami Jo, Nick, Alaina, Bobbie, Stacey, Brandon, Todd, Lexi, Bobbie, Destiny, Tyler, and Billie, 15 great grandchildren, many special nieces and nephews, and her beloved cat Morris.

Funeral services will be 8:00 PM Thursday, June 28, 2018 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Duane Knittle officiating.  Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday starting at 6:00 PM.  Condolences may be sent to www.rogerwdavisfuneralhome.com.
