Frances Marie  Hall, 78

Frances Marie Hall, 78 of Portsmouth died Monday April 14, 2014 at SOMC Hospice. She was born November 7, 1935 in Scioto County to the late Estel and Goldie Ruth Martin Salyers. She was a retired grocery store cashier. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Kessie Hall who she married on February 9, 1954 in Greenup, Kentucky.

Frances is survived by 3 sons; Michael Dean Hall and Steven Ray Hall both of Portsmouth and Bradley J. Hall of Lucasville, 2 brothers; Ernest Edward Salyers and Elmer Lee Salyers, 5 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

Graveside services will be 11:00 am Wednesday April 16, 2014 at Memorial Burial Park in Wheelersburg. Arrangements are under the direction of the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth. Condolences may be sent to www.rogerwdavisfuneralhome.com
