Frances Skinner, 95

Frances Kemper Skinner, 95 formerly of Virginia Beach, VA and Lake Ridge, VA. She was born in Scioto County, Ohio in 1915 to Ollie Mitchell Kemper and Ray Kemper. She was number 2 in a five sibling family, of one sister and three brothers (Elizabeth, Walter, Raymond and Monte). She was preceded in death by her husband James Harry Skinner. All siblings preceded her in death also. She is survived by her only daughter, Renee S. Wheeler, son-in-law Maurice J. Wheeler, 3 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Upon her death on December 4, 2010 she willed that her body be donated to medical research. Her returned ashes will be interned with her parents at Rushtown Cemetery 1:00 PM Sunday July 14, 2013.
