Frankie I. Jarrell, 78 of McDermott, died Friday October 21, 2016 at Heartland Hospice. She was born July 18, 1938 in Allen, Kentucky to the late John and Irene Clevenger Hopson. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Samuel Jarrell, a son Darrell Lee Jarrell, 2 brothers; Jack and Bruce Hopson and 4 sisters; Mary Cecil, Opal Damron, Ruby Stratton and Roberta Calcote.

Frankie is survived by a son Sammy L. Jarrell, 2 daughters; Debbie Kazee and Teresa Pierce, 2 sisters; Nancy Johnson and Bonnie Crisp, 2 son in laws; Dean Kazee and Jim Pierce and a daughter in law Jennie Jarrell, 12 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Tuesday, October 25, 2016 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with interment in Sunset Memorial Gardens.
