Franklin D. Dials, 76
Franklin D. Dials, 76 of Blue Creek, died Wednesday March 13, 2013 at SOMC Hospice. He was born October 26, 1936 in Portsmouth to the late Emory and Garnett Brown Dials. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by a son Franklin D. Dials Jr..
Franklin is survived his wife of 25 years, Lillian Lowe Dials who he married December 26, 1988, 2 sons; Emery Dials and Randy Dials, a daughter Lisa Webb, 3 stepdaughters; Peggy Havens, Brenda Litz and Joyce Scott, 11 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren 3 sisters; Joyce Duncan, Barbara Mingus and Betty Rowles, along with several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 7:30 PM on Saturday March 16, 2013 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Ricky Richmond officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home on Saturday starting at 6:00 PM. Condolences may be sent to www.rogerwdavisfuneralhome.com
