Gabrielle Francis Hamilton, 25

Gabrielle Francis, 25, of Portsmouth, died Friday June 10, 2022 at Southern Ohio Medical Center. She was born May 23, 1997 in Portsmouth to David Eugene (Marcella) Meadows and Wendy Lynn Hammonds. She is preceded in death by a brother David Meadows.

Along with her parents, she is survived by her children, Kayden Jackson and Raylen Jackson, her second father Joseph Hamilton, stepfather Nick Crabtree, 7 brothers; Cody (Brittany) Hamilton, Dylan Conley, Austin Meadows, Jason Meadows, Blake Meadows, Josh Ward, and Zack Ward, 3 sisters, Jasmine (Issac) Dummitt, Shawnte Meadows, Sarah Ward, her fiance Joey York, and many nieces, nephews, friends, aunts, and uncles.
