Gary Bowman, 66

Gary Chester Bowman, 66 of Huber Heights, Ohio formerly of  Scioto County, died Monday August 26, 2013 at Lewis Stokes V.A. Hospital in Cleveland. He was born February 12, 1947 in Scioto County to the late Chester Garrett Bowman and Nolia Stevens Bowman of Huber Heights. He was an Air Force veteran of the Vietnam War and retired from General Motors in Dayton.

Along with his mother Gary is survived by his wife Rosemary Cline Bowman who he married May 12, 1966, a son David (Melanie) Bowman of Columbus, a daughter Tammy (John) Fillmore of Waynesville and a special grandson Hunter Cole Fillmore.

Graveside services will be 1:00 PM Friday August 30, 2013 at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Franklin Furnace with Pastor Pete Shaffer officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth. Condolences may be sent to www.rogerwdavisfuneralhome.com
