Gary N. Ridout, 61

Gary N. Ridout 61 of West Portsmouth, went to be with the lord Sunday, September 14, 2008 at Southern Ohio Medical Center. Gary was born September 29, 1946 in West Portsmouth to the late Ollie Ridout and Virginia Malott Ridout who survives. He was a self-employed truck driver and a member of Rubyville Community Church.

Gary is survived by his wife Donna Twaddle Ridout which he married July 23, 1966 in West Portsmouth, one son; Mark (Jessie) Ridout of West Portsmouth, three loving grandchildren; Rachael, Dalton and Ezra Ridout all of West Portsmouth, three brothers; Mike (Delores) Ridout of Minford, Gene (Kathy) Ridout of Friendship and Ernie (Louann) Ridout of West Portsmouth, father and mother-in-law Joe and Sadie Sowards of West Portsmouth, brother in law; Rick Sowards of Columbus, sister-in-Law; Tina (Jeff) Smith of West Portsmouth, and sister-in-law Michelle Sowards of Columbus, loving uncles; Bert and Charlee Malott of Hawaii and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be 1PM Thursday, September 18, 2008 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Calvin Ray Evans and Brian Baer officiating and interment in Friendship Cemetery.
