Geneva Mae Cox, 96

Geneva Mae Malone Cox, 96 of West Portsmouth, died Saturday October 1, 2022 at Portsmouth Health and Rehab Center. She was born August 20, 1926 in Scioto County to the late Clovis and Grace Helen Johnson Malone.

Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Ralph and 2 brothers: Elmer Malone and Clarence Malone.

Geneva formerly worked at Williams Shoe Manufacturing, Montgomery Wards and the Atomic Plant.

She is survived by a sister Pauline Wooten, a sister-in-law Helen Malone, and 2 nieces and a nephew that were like her children: Karen Ciraso, Brenda Thompson and Jeff Malone.

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Saturday October 8, 2022 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Don Malone officiating and interment in Rushtown Cemetery.
