George "Franklin" Blevins 56
George "Franklin" Blevins 56, of Portsmouth, died Tuesday, March 17, 2009 at Southern Ohio Medical Center. Frank was born May 29, 1952 in Portsmouth to the late Alfred Franklin Blevins and Georgia Lillian Worstell Blevins who survives. Frank was retired from N&W Railroad and a member of the Nazarene church. Along with his father he was proceeded in death by one brother; Alfred Franklin "Randy" Blevins.
Frank is survived by one son; Randy Franklin Blevins of Columbus, one brother; Dave Blevins of Clermont, Florida, one sister; Brenda Blevins Miller of Zanesville, Ohio and two grandsons.
Funeral services will be 1 PM Thursday, March 19, 2009 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Rev. James Miller officiating and interment in Sandy Springs Cemetery.
