George Edward Pertuset, Jr., 44
George Edward Pertuset, Jr., 44 of Portsmouth died Friday, November 19, 2004 at his residence. George was born March 4, 1960 in Dayton, OH to the late George Edward Pertuset Sr. and is survived by his Mother, Barbara Sue Norman Riffe and step father William Riffe of West Portsmouth. George was a Christian, a retired truck driver, a member and an officer of the Brothers of the Wheel, and a Marine Corp Veteran.
George is survived by a brother Roger Pertuset and a half sister Kelly Ferrell both of West Portsmouth. He is also survived by his children Gwendolyn Adkins of Lucasville, Jerad Pertuset and step-son Clint Leatherwood both of Texas; one grand daughter, two nieces, one nephew, and a special friend Sandra Sowards of Portsmouth.
Funeral services will be held 1 P.M. Monday, November 22, 2004 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Pastor Ed Cox officiating and interment in Cooper Cemetery. Graveside Military Rites will be given by the James Dickey Post 23 American Legion. Friends may call at the Funeral Home from 11 until 1 on Monday.
