George E. Sanborn, 83
George E. Sanborn, 83 of Portsmouth died Friday, October 13, 2006 at Southern Ohio Medical Center. George was born February 2, 1923 in Millfield, Ohio to the late Cecil and Lena McClutchon Sanborn. He was a construction worker.
George was preceded in death by his wife, Geneva Lucille Kelly Sanborn. He is survived by two sons, George L. Sanborn of West Portsmouth and Gary E. Sanborn of Mansfield; six brothers, Elmer, Danny, Cecil, Dwight, Foster, and Bart Sanborn; two sisters, Edna Love and Helen Pancake; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 1 P.M. Monday, October 16, 2006 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Mark Seevers officiating and interment in Adams Cemetery. Friends may call at the Funeral Home from 11 to 1 on Monday. Condolences may be sent to www.rogerwdavisfuneralhome.com.
