Geraldine Girdler, 64
Geraldine Girdler, 64 of Portsmouth, died Wednesday February 6, 2008 at her residence. She was born April 17, 1943 in Cincinnati to the late Raymond O. and Virginia Means Burchett. She was a homemaker. Along with her parents Geraldine is preceded in death by 2 daughters Mary Tsotsos and Ethel Marie Girdler and a brother Stephen Burchett.
Geraldine is survived by a son Robert L. Burchett of West Portsmouth, a daughter Helen (David) Ducker of Morrow, Ohio 2 brothers; William R. (Penny) Burchett of Corbin, Ky. and Ruben O. (Patricia) Burchett of West Portsmouth, 2 sisters; Susie Pitman of Cincinnati and Lucille (John) Harr of Wheelersburg., 5 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren, special friends, Ralph Earls and Elaine Means along with several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 1PM Saturday, February 9,2008 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Mark Bales officiating and interment in Oswego Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 6 to 8PM on Friday and 1 hour prior to the service on Saturday. Condolences may be sent to www.rogerwdavisfuneralhome.com
