Glenn Ellis Burke, 72

Glenn Ellis Burke, 72 of West Portsmouth went to be with the Lord on Monday, June 25, 2018 at Southern Ohio Medical Center.  He was born October 5, 1945 in Ironton to the late Paul and Tennessee Evans Burke.  He retired as a Conductor after 36 years from Norfolk & Southern Railroad and was a United States Army veteran of the Vietnam War.

Glenn is survived by his wife; Nilda Faye Baldwin Burke who he married October 5, 1991, 2 stepdaughters; Melissa (Keith) Spencer of West Portsmouth and Brenda Harrison of St. Petersburg, FL., a sister; Pauline LeMaster, 7 grandchildren; Taylor (Rick) Shaw, Troy Harrison, Lincoln, Haleigh, Lacey, Cole, and Paxton Spencer, and a great grandchild; Lilah Mills.

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Wednesday, June 27, 2018 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Rick Mollett officiating.
