Gregory Victor Roe, 30

Gregory Victor Roe, 30 of Blue Creek died Tuesday, November 29, 2005. He was born October 25, 1975 in Portsmouth to the late Alfred Roe and to Audrey Blevins Roe of Vanceburg. He was a member of Portsmouth Local 39 Brick Layers and Allied Craft Union and was active in Boy Scouts and 4-H Club work.

Greg is survived by his wife Pauline Tackett Roe, a step-son James Alley of Pikeville, KY; two step daughters, Satricia Gussler of Warfield, KY and Amanda Tackett of Pikeville, KY; two brothers, Henry Jonas Roe (Renee) and Harold Guy Roe (Mary) both of Portsmouth; a half brother Anthony Roe of Cincinnati; a half sister Tana Willard of Florida; a step-grandson Jacob Gussler, two nephews, Ryan and Austin; two nieces Lena and Georgia; and grandparents Clara and Jonas Blevins of Friendship. Greg was preceded in death by grandparents Lena and Francis Roe and grandfather Nelson Roe. Greg was a wonderful person and will be sadly missed by his family and many friends.

Funeral services will be 1 P.M. Saturday, December 3, 2005 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Winfred Fugate officiating and interment in McKendree Cemetery.
