Harley Desiree Shepherd, 31 of Portsmouth, passed away at her home surrounded by her loving family on Monday morning September 28, 2026. She was born August 22, 1995 in Springfield, Ohio , to Ronald and Melody Shepherd.

She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Hobert Shepherd, grandmothers; Clara Shepherd and Mary Williams.

She loved to express her talented artistic ability with amazing drawings and baking cakes. She also enjoyed day camping, listening to music and most recently developed a love for paddle boarding.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her parents; Ronald and Melody Shepherd, 2 sisters; Veronica Shepherd and Adaya Edwards, a brother, Manny Shepherd, nephews; Kody Shepherd, Kayden Shepherd, Kolton Shepherd and Quinton Shepherd, along with numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
