Herman Lloyd Simpson, 78

Herman Lloyd Simpson, 78 of West Portsmouth, died Saturday May 2, 2015 at his home. He was born July 12, 1936 in Portsmouth to the late Charles and Easter Whaley Simpson. He was retired from OSCO Industries with over 30 years of service. Along with his parents Herman was preceded in death by an infant daughter, a granddaughter Haley Nicole Simpson and infant great granddaughter and 3 brothers; Charles Wesley, Ralph and Roger Simpson.

Herman is survived by his wife Juanita Middleton Simpson who he married on October 6, 1956, three sons; Brian (Rhonda) Simpson of Rincon Georgia, David (Kim) Simpson of Stout and Deron Simpson of Shelbyville, KY., three brothers; Stanley "Ed" Simpson of West Portsmouth, Richard (Connie) Simpson of West Portsmouth and Jerry (Mary)  Simpson of Texas, two sisters; Lovana (Bill) Stevens of West Portsmouth and Nancy Tolliver of Columbus, four grandchildren; Amanda Adkins, Joshua (Laci) Simpson, Matthew Simpson and Hannah Simpson, five great grandchildren; Leeland, Brayden, Emma, Easton and Cameron along with several nieces and nephews..

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Wednesday May 6, 2015 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with David Lute officiating and interment in Scioto Burial Park.
