Homer Lee Moore, 65
Homer Lee Moore, 65 of Blue Creek, OH died Wednesday, December 12, 2007
at his residence. Homer was born January 3, 1942 in Scioto County to the late Roby Roscoe and Cora Brown Moore. He was employed by the Ohio Department of Forestry
Homer is survived by his wife Virginia Ruth Swords Moore whom he married on October 23, 1961. He is also survived by four daughters, Becki (Anthony) Hoffer of Otway; Pamela Fay Moore of Portsmouth, Lisa (Steve) Davis of Blue Creek, Tracy (Tom) Davis of Blue Creek and one son, Kevin Lee (Pam) Moore of Friendship, 11 grandchildren, four great grandsons; a step great grand daughter and a step great grand son; five sisters, Catherine Salyers Bertha Lea Moore, Doris Kelly, Wanda Reed all of Portsmouth, Octie Hoffman of Wheelersburg and Ruth Moore of Blue Creek. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son Robert J. Moore, four sisters, and two brothers.
Funeral services will be 1 P.M. Saturday, December 15, 2007 at Faith Mountain Ministries with Dennis Osborne and Roger Clark officiating and interment in Worleys Run Cemetery. Friends may call at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home from 5 to 8 P.M. on Friday and at the church one hour prior to the service on Saturday. Condolences may be sent to www.rogerwdavisfuneralhome.com.
