Homer F. Winters, 68
Homer F. Winters, 68 of West Portsmouth died Saturday, December 18, 2004 at Southern Ohio Medical Center. Homer was born August 27, 1936 in Scioto County to the late Robert and Marie Kitts Winters. He worked as a roofer and mechanic.
Homer was preceded in death by his wife, Catherine Riggs Winters. He is survived by two sons, Danny Winters of West Portsmouth and Lonnie Mustain of McDermott, two daughters, Linda Scott and Loretta Kuntz of West Portsmouth; three brothers, Paul, Don and Robert Winters, Jr.; one sister, Wanda Metzger; 9 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Homer was also preceded in death by a son, Chuck Mustain; a daughter Mary Catherine Winters; and a sister Dorothy Spires.
Funeral services will be held 1 P.M. Wednesday, December 22, 2004 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Reverend Rick Ratliff officiating and interment in Scioto Burial Park. Friends may call at the Funeral Home from 5 to 7 P.M. on Tuesday and one hour prior to the service on Wednesday. Condolences may be sent to www.rogerwdavisfuneralhome.com
