Irene F. Pasturzak, 71

Irene F. "Skeets" Pasturzak 71 of McDermott, died Friday December 14, 2012 at SOMC Hospice. She was born April 2, 1941 in Portsmouth to the late Earl Dosa and Lucy Bell Bradley Swords. She was a homemaker and loved her little dog Dino. Irene also loved to dance in her younger years. Along with her parents Irene was preceded in death by her husband Arthur "Big John" Pasturzak who she married on July 14, 1962 in Otway and 3 brothers; John Joe and Harry Swords.

Irene is survived by a son John Anthony Pasturzak of Chillicothe, 2 daughters; Lucy Robertson of Lucasville and Mary Jo "Crickett" Pasturzak of McDermott, 2 brothers; Willard Swords and David Swords both of Friendship, 3 sisters; Mary Rackley of Cincinnati, Janet Ramey of Sciotoville and Linda Sissel of Friendship, 5 grandchildren; Brooke Wear, Brittany Hopkins, Taylor Hopkins, Justin Coffey and Branden Coffey, 2 step grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Wednesday December 19, 2012 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with interment in Scioto Burial Park. Friends may call at the funeral home from 5 to 8:00 PM on Tuesday and one hour prior to the service on Wednesday.
