James R.(Bo) Sadler, 53
James Russell (Bo) Sadler, 53, of Stoney Run Road, West Portsmouth, passed away Wednesday, June 15, 2005 at Heartland of Portsmouth after a lengthy illness.
Bo was born July 27, 1951 in Portsmouth, Ohio, a son of James E. and the late Juanita D. Mills Sadler. He was retired from Sunset Bowling Lanes in Portsmouth, Ohio.
Bo is survived by his father and stepmother, James E. and Kimberly Sadler of West Portsmouth; two daughters, Tonya and Arnold Holsinger of Friendship and Michelle Rhea of West Portsmouth; a son Shawn and Tammy Clay of West Portsmouth; five brothers, William (Bill) and Barbara Sadler, Lester (Ape) and Nancy Sadler, both of West Portsmouth, Edward Sadler of Minford, Elbert and Linda Sadler of Albany, Dennis and Joyce Sadler of Wheelersburg; one half-brother, Jason Sadler of Athens; two sisters, Diana and Leon Chaffin of Stout, Jackie and Mike Journey of West Portsmouth; two half-sisters Andrea and Jeremy Reed of Wheelersburg and Amanda Sadler of West Portsmouth; three grandchildren, Dylan and Kyle Holsinger of Friendship and Kyle Clay of Columbus. A very special nephew who was close to his heart, Coby T. Sadler; several nieces and nephews, cousins and very good friends.
Bo loved working on his 1950's cars, going to car shows and being with family and friends. He was a very special person who will forever be a part of our lives.
Funeral services will be held 1 P.M. Saturday, June 18, 2005 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with the Reverend Jerry Ferguson officiating and interment in Worleys Run Cemetery in West Portsmouth.
