James R. Brown, 31

James R. Brown, 31 of West Portsmouth died Saturday, March 13, 2021 at his home.  He was born June 30, 1989 in Portsmouth to George and the late Mary Bevins Brown.  Along with his mother, he was preceded in death by his grandparents; John and Leona Bevins.

Along with his father, he is survived by a sister, Anna Brown, grandparents; George and Lillie Brown, fiance, Taylor Williams, and her children he loved like his own, Landen and Colt, a nephew, Brodrick Frost, along with several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Funeral services will be 5:00 PM Friday, March 19, 2021 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Greg Carter officiating.
