James Franklin Cook, 63
James Franklin Cook, 63 of Raymond, Ohio formally of Stout, died Tuesday November 3, 2009 at OSU Medical Center. He was born February 6, 1946 in Scioto County to the late Page Franklin Cook and Mildred McGraw Cook of Stout. He was retired from Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company in Marysville, was an Army Vietnam Veteran and a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints of Marysville. Along with his father James was preceded in death by 2 brothers Kenneth and Donald Cook.
James is survived by his wife Patricia C. Anderson Cook of Marysville who he married on June 6, 1966, 2 sons; Anthony James (Lauri) Cook and Christopher Glenn (Amanda) Cook both of Raymond, 3 daughters; Honey Christine (Michael) Hartman of Mt Vernon, Candace Michelle (Decheng) Huang of Gahanna and Leann Joliff of Raymond, a son-in-law Lonnie Ansel of Mt Vernon, 2 brothers David Cook of Stout and Ronald Cook of Raymond, 13 grandchildren; Tiffany Cook, Jason Ansel, Ashley Cook, Nicolas Huang, Alexis Ansel, Aaliyah Siders, Noah Huang, Darian Ansel, Charles Cook, April Hartman, Emily Cook, Tyler Wall and Trevor Wall,
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM on Sunday November 8, 2009 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Fred Thomas presiding. Interment will be in McKendree Cemetery with graveside military rites by James Dickey Post 23 American Legion.
