James Gillum, 83
James Gillum, 83 of Portsmouth died Wednesday, June 8, 2005 at Southern Ohio Medical Center. James was born September 9, 1921 in Hazard, KY to the late James L and Serena Roberts Gillum. He worked for Ohio Power as Area Representative, and was a member of the Elks, the VFW, and James Dickey Post 23 American Legion.
James is survived by his wife Lucille Bolton Gillum; by a son James R. Gillum; three grandchildren, Scott and Pamela Gillum and Michelle Tingley; and Two great grandchildren, Scott Gillum and Megan Gillum.
Funeral services will be held 1 P.M. Saturday, June 11, 2005 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Mark Seevers officiating and interment in Scioto Burial Park. Friends may call at the Funeral Home from 11 A.M. until 1 P.M. Condolences may be sent to www.rogerwdavisfuneralhome.com
