James E. Howard, 41
James E. Howard, 41 of Portsmouth, died Thursday July 16, 2009 at his home. He was born February 23, 1968 in Portsmouth to the late Earl Howard Sr. and Mary Louise Tewalt Howard Boyd.
He is survive by 5 brothers; Earl Howard Jr, Robert E. Howard and William Ray Howard all of Portsmouth, Lundy Howard of Lucasville and Donald David Howard of Florida, 2 sisters Mary Jane Hill of Florida and Theresa Carver of West Portsmouth along with many special friends.
Funeral services will be 6:00 PM Wednesday July 22, 2009 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Reverend Peter Michael officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday from 4:00 PM until the funeral hour. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the American Heart Assocaition.
