James Edward "John" McCown, 65 of West Portsmouth died at his home Wednesday May 20, 2015. He was born in Portsmouth on November 17, 1949. John is survived by nine children; Krista, Alichia, Jon, Thomas, Jesse, Amanda, Ashley, Amber McCown and Steve Warner.
