James Harry Payne, 56

James Harry Payne, 56 of New Boston, died Tuesday April 29, 2014 at Heritage Square in New Boston. He was born August 21, 1957 in Portsmouth to the late John R. Payne and Katherine Vendura Payne of New Boston. Along with his father James was preceded in death by 4 brothers; Glenn, Carl, Johnny and Dennis Payne and a sister Carol Weatherford.

James is survived by his mother, Katherine Payne, a brother, Charles Payne and 6 sisters; Juanita Fields, Connie Skaggs, Cheryle Berryman, Joyce Hughes, Shirley George and Cynthia Dingus.
