James Michael Riffe, 71

James Michael "Mike" Riffe, 71 of Otway, died Monday October 25, 2021 at Kings daughters Medical Center in Ashland, Kentucky. He was born March 7, 1950 in Buena Vista to the late Wilson Riffe Sr. and Mildred Marie Rivers Riffe.

Along with his parents Mike was preceded in death by his wife Janelou Ellamae White Riffe, 3 brothers; Wilson Riffe Jr., Donald Riffe and Richard Riffe and a sister Evelyn Hall.

Mike is survived by 3 daughters; Teresa Fowler, Shelia Colvin both of Portsmouth, and Louise "Marie" Riffe of McDermott, 5 grandchildren; Tiffany, James Wesley, Michael, Matthew and April, 8 great grandchildren, a brother Harold (Marilyn) Riffe, 3 sisters; Loudean Nickel, Ruth Ann Riffe and Linda (Larry) Nickel along with several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Sunday October 31, 2021 at the Roger Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Brian Baer officiating and interment in Scioto Burial Park. Friends may call at the funeral home starting at 1:00 PM. Condolences may be sent to www.rogerwdavisfuneralhome.com.
