James William Fegan Sr. 67

James William Fegan Sr., 67 of Portsmouth, died Thursday December 23, 2021 at Southern Ohio Medical Center. He was born December 26, 1953 in Pennsylvania to the late John and Terressa Rosenberry Fegan Sr..

James was an Air Force veteran and a member of American Legion Post 471. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by a son James William Fegan Jr. and several brothers and sisters.

James is survived by his wife Wanda Sue Cavins Fegan, a son Jonathan Wayne Fegan Sr., a daughter Pamela Sue Fegan, a brother Pat, 3 sisters; Dorothy, Rosie and Peggy, 9 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Thursday December 30, 2021 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Reverend Roy Bennett officiating. Military Rites will be provided by the James Dickey Post 23 American Legion. Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday starting at 11:00 AM.
