Jamie Michelle Arnett Ruggles, 40

Jamie Michelle Arnett Ruggles, 40 of Lucasville died Tuesday, September 22, 2020 at Southern Ohio Medical Center.  She was born November 10, 1979 in Portsmouth to James Arnett and the late Paula Adkins Arnett.  Along with her mother, she was preceded in death by her granny, Marcella Adkins and her grandmother, Margie Manalp.

Along with her father, Jamie is survived by her fiancé, Brian Bauer, 3 sons; Aiden Howard, Zander Baker, and Jesse Baker, 3 daughters; Dara Ruggles, Laney (Zachary) Ruggles, and Lakin "Maddie" Mockbee, a stepson, Tristan Bauer, 3 stepdaughters; Brianna Bauer, Katelynn Bauer, and Kirsten Bauer, a grandson, Cason Atkins, 3 brothers; James Arnett Jr., Andrew (Brandon) Arnett, and Jacob (Jazmine) Arnett, 4 sisters; Missy (Chris) Coburn, Marcie Baker, Crissy Phipps, and Hope Brickey, and her grandfather, Jimmy Arnett, along with  several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
