Janet Louise Conley, 81

Janet Louise Keibler Conley 81, of New Boston, died Tuesday February 13, 2024 at home. Janet was born March 23,1942 in Portsmouth to the late Charles and Hattie Messer Keibler.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Dave Conley, beloved son Michael Eggers, step grandson Tony Conatser, brother Dennis Keibler, two sisters Alberta Welton and Delores Askew, two nephews Randy Welton, Charles Hale, and a niece Tawnya Mosley.

Surviving are a nephew Doug Welton (Kathleen) of Columbus, OH, a niece Marcia (Pete) Duncan of Portsmouth, half-brother Floyd Stepp, two half-sisters Sandy Smuzok and Flora Neff, all of Vandalia, OH and a nephew Ralph Brent Mosley of West Portsmouth. A step son Bill Conley, and step daughter Lisa Conatser both of Berea, KY and two dearly beloved step grandchildren, Aaron D Conley of Loganville, GA. and Ashley McCoy of Berea, KY, three step great grandchildren Bryson and Kylee Holsenbeck and Ollie Estes. A special niece and nephew by marriage Juetta and Nicky Conley, along with her dear friend and caregiver Diane DeBord.

"Jan" will be deeply missed by many others including grand nieces and nephews, cousins and friends whom she truly loved and whom loved her.
