Janie Rowland, 69

Janie Rowland, 69 of West Portsmouth, died Friday September 22, 2017 at Pristine Health care. She was born February 9, 1948 in Portsmouth to the late Harold and Ruby Jewel Dixon Martin. She was a member of Alcoholics Anonymous and attended the First Baptist Church in West Portsmouth.

Janie is survived by 2 sons; Harold Clifford (Linda) Rowland and Troy Dean Rowland both of West Portsmouth, 2 sisters; Mary Lou (Brian) Holdren of Ashville, Ohio and Alice Susan (Jerry) Berry of West Portsmouth, 4 grandchildren; Emily Hope Rowland, Jason Andrew Rowland, Brittni Hughes and Megean Rowland and 1 great grandchild, Holden Nathanael Lee Rowland.

Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Wednesday September 27, 2017 at the Roger W. Davis funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Pastor Mike Davis officiating and interment in Sunset Memorial Gardens.
