Jeffrey D. Mitchell, 37

Jeffrey D. Mitchell, 37 of West Portsmouth, died Friday August 16, 2013 at OSU Medical Center in Columbus. He was born July 17, 1976 in Rapid City, South Dakota to the late Jeffrey "Bubba" and Donna Truman Mitchell. He was a former laborer and a member of the Laborers Local #83 and formerly worked at Tim Doyle Landscaping.

Jeffrey is survived by his paternal grandmother Maxine Charles Mitchell of West Portsmouth, his maternal grandmother Gracie Truman of Portsmouth, aunts Linda Tiedge and Cindy Skaggs and cousins; Robert Lemon, Chris, Josh and Shad Mitchell.

Graveside services will be 11:00 am Tuesday August 20, 2013 at Scioto Burial Park in McDermott. Friends may call at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth from 6 to 8:00 PM on Monday. Condolences may be sent to www.rogerwdavisfuneralhome.com
