Jeremy Landon Howard, 32 of McDermott passed away Sunday July 27, 2014 after struggling with mental illness for many years. He was born November 4, 1981 in Portsmouth to Richard and Susan Pack Howard of McDermott. Jeremy was preceded in death by his grandparents Landon and Alka Howard and Delmar and Ethel Pack, an aunt Connie Angel, uncles; Rick Howard and Danny Davis, nephew Jacob Bradley and cousins; Christopher Davis and Raven Salyers. Along with his parents, Jeremy is survived by sisters; Christina (Franklin) Toland and Michelle Dawn Howard, brothers; Tom (Tammy) Howard, Bryan Howard and Justin Howard, nieces; Lea Howard, Olivia Howard, Cortnie (Kory) Rogers, Emma Maynard and Courtney Howard, nephews; Derek Bradley, Todd (Ginny) Bradley, Cody Maynard, Pearlon Maynard, Bryson Maynard and Ryan Stephens, great nieces; Laikyn Bradley and Ali Rogers, aunts; Darlene Sue (Tim) Morgan, Betty (Glenn) McDaniel, Carol Pack, Margaret Davis, Carrie Lockhart and Kathy Pack, uncles; Russell (Ann) Howard, John (Kay) Howard, Robert Howard, Louie Howard, Larry Howard, James (Linda) Pack, Tom (Linda) Pack, David (Terri) Pack, along with many cousins and friends. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Friday August 1, 2014 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Jonathan King officiating and interment in Scioto Burial Park. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday starting at 12 noon. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Ronald McDonald House in honor of Jeremy's love for children.
