Jim Howard, 81

Jim Howard, 81 of West Portsmouth died Thursday December 18, 2014 at Southern Ohio Medical Center. He was born October 7, 1933 in Scioto County to the late Kelly and Rainy Arnett Howard. He was a former concrete mason. Along with his parents he was preceded on death by his wife Bonnie Howard and a daughter Bonnie Jean Howard.

Jim is survived by 2 sons; Jimmy Howard and Nick Howard, both of West Portsmouth, 2 daughters; Debbie Rittenburger of Zanesville and Angela Pontious of West Portsmouth, a sister Lucy Armstrong of Mansfield, 10 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held 10:30 am Tuesday December 23, 2014 at Starlight Church on Dry Run in West Portsmouth with Ezra Burton officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth. Condolences may be sent to www.rogerwdavisfuneralhome.com
