Jimmy Dean Winn, 46

Jimmy Dean Winn, 46, of Portsmouth died June 9, 2024, at his home.  He was born February 23, 1978, in Portsmouth, to the late Rufford and Maltie (Spencer) Winn, who survives.

Jimmy enjoyed watching competitive fighting, had a great sense of humor and loved to laugh and make those around him laugh, as well as enjoyed walking around his community.

Along with his mother, he is survived by; 4 brothers, Joey, Brian (Sherry), Jeff, and Rufford (Lina) Winn Jr.; a sister, Loretta Chapman; and several nieces, nephews, and many aunts and uncles.
