John Franklin Galloway, 81

John Franklin Galloway, 81 of West Portsmouth, died Wednesday, March 13, 2024 at Southern Ohio Medical Center. He was born August 4, 1942 in West Portsmouth, to the late Caney and Onida Adams Galloway.

John was a Navy veteran and was a retired supervisor at Janesville Products.

Along with his parents he was preceded in death by 4 brothers, Steve, Orville, Earl and Blanchford Galloway, and a sister, Mary Lockhart.

John is survived by a son, Jay Galloway, a daughter, Jenny Galloway, a brother, David Galloway, a half brother, Craig Galloway; 2 sisters, Anna Owens and Susie Galloway, a half sister, Donna Slusher; 3 grandchildren, Aspen, Aubrey, and Ahna, along with 2 great grandchildren, Adrian and Grayson.

Funeral services will be 6:00 PM Saturday, March 16, 2024 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with military rites by the James Dickey Post 23 American Legion.
